Gloss Black Upper Billet Grille Insert Kit. Fits: 2015 - 2017 Ford Expedition. This grille kit is built entirely from SOLID T-6061 Aircraft Billet Aluminum. Each kit is hand-rolled either by roll bender or hydraulic press (depending on the application), then hand tig-welded in one of our state of the art jig's, and lastly sandblasted, prepped, powder coated and then packaged up.

Basically what we're saying is every one of our billet grille kits are PROUDLY MADE IN THE USA! This kit comes powder coated entirely GLOSS BLACK. The upper four billet grille inserts mount in each opening with nuts and bolts and require drilling through plastic.

This provides the cleanest and nicest look. We guarantee a snug fit with zero vibration or rattle. Everything that goes into producing these grille kits is built in the USA.
